The team behind Hackyard

The people building Hackyard.

We are founders, engineers, and builders creating the community we wished existed when we started.

Shyamol Konwar

Shyamol Konwar

Co-Founder

Assam, India

Shyamol started building from a small village in Assam with no startup ecosystem, no local founder network, and very little access to the resources available in major tech hubs. Before Hackyard, he grew social media communities reaching hundreds of thousands of people, worked with startups on growth and product strategy, and built multiple ventures from the ground up. Today he is building Rivtor, an AI-powered system focused on helping companies identify and recover lost revenue opportunities. Hackyard started from a simple observation he kept seeing again and again: talented builders exist everywhere, but finding each other is still surprisingly hard.

Co-Founder, Community Lead

Assam, India

Prantik started learning technology from scratch while growing up in Assam and quickly became obsessed with building practical software that solves real problems. At Hackyard, he spends much of his time talking to members, onboarding builders, collecting feedback, and understanding what people actually need from a builder network. Many of the conversations that shape Hackyard's direction come directly from his daily interactions with the community.

Why we started Hackyard

Most builders don't live in startup hubs.

They're in college dorms, small towns, villages, side projects, research labs, GitHub repositories, and random corners of the internet.

The talent already exists. The problem is finding each other.

Hackyard exists to help builders discover other builders, find collaborators, learn from each other, and create meaningful relationships around what they're building.

We're still early. And we're building it together.
